Cerium (IV) Sulfate Tetrahydrate Powder is a kind of yellow crystalline solid with a chemical formula of Ce(SO4)2·4H2O. It is dehydrated when heated, and becomes anhydrous salt at 180-200℃. It decomposes above 350℃ and produces cerium oxide sulfate. It is soluble in cold water and hot acid and decomposes into basic salt in hot water. It is used in industries such as catalysts, cerium salt raw materials, cemented carbide additives, and chemical reagents.
